Shelley Thomas - The Leader

Nail Technician - Gel/Acrylic

I have a huge passion for creating unique nails for every client. As an ex-nail biter I always had weak nails and fell in love with acrylic and gel enhancements. Having beautiful hands and nails is such a confidence booster.

My work is frequently described as natural and long lasting. I create beautiful classic French gel overlays and delivering creative artistic flair and original nail art is my passion. We stock more than 80 different colours and have imported products from overseas so we can ensure your nails are original.

No matter how short your nails, I can make them look fantastic whilst repairing your nail beds.There is nothing more rewarding for me to see a nail biter transformed to class, style and true beauty.

Cherie Hodges Beauty Therapist

Beauty Therapist/Product Manager

Have been in the industry for 10 years and love every minute of it. I have learnt a lot from my clients, love to get to know them on a personal level so can really understand their needs.

I have always had a desire to work in an environment where I could help woman feel great about themselves. My passion is skin care and guiding my client with the correct products and education. It is important for men and woman to have confidence in their appearance.

I enjoy all challenges from creating great brow shapes to delivering great skin care results.

Ashley Thomas

Merchandise Manager

With youthful enthusiasm, Ashley is the youngest member of our team and brings a modern creative design to this family business.

Ashley started as our Receptionist back in 2004 and 5 years on still remains with us as our all round gal. She commits herself to the team and is there for them when needed. Ashley’s passion lies with creative flare and this is not wasted as she thrives on working with our makeup ranges and designs eye catching displays which catch the client’s eye. Her artistic make-up application talent brings new looks to both mature or younger woman. From School Balls, to Wedding’s or simple casual make up Ashley ensures you look beautiful and natural.

Being bright and bubbly, Ashley ensures your experience with us is relaxing,rewarding and fun.

Bianca Schott

Hairdresser/Beauty Therapist/Nail technician

I first discovered my passion for hairdressing when I was 15 after I helped out in a salon in my home town in Germany. During my hair apprentiship I also helped out in our family business, a beauty salon, where I went on and trained to do Acrylic and gel nails. I love nail art.

After 4 years of hairdressing I needed another challenge. I always loved pampering my clients and treating them from head to toe so in 2004 I trained to also be a Beauty Therapist. After graduating I worked in a wonderful spa hotel in the black forest in Germany, but I missed hairdressing so in 2006 I moved to England and worked in a hair and beauty salon. Moving to New Zealand in 2008 I was fortunate to secured my role at Style inc.

I absolutely love having the variety of doing hairdressing, beauty therapy and nails and I look forward to assisting my clients every day.

Casey Jamison

Beauty Therapist

At the age of 15 I wanted to become a beauty therapist. As soon as I turned 17 I enrolled at the new Zealand Institute of Electrolysis and Beauty Therapy and gained my international qualifications.

I have been in the industry for nearly 2 years now and have a passion for massage and facials. These treatments are so relaxing and calming and I get great satisfaction from making my clients look and feel relaxed and happy. I am a happy positive bubbly person and I love the beauty therapy industry.

I love meeting new clients and pledge to look after them with professional knowledge and expertise.

 

 Shaelagh Osgood

Nail Technician/Hairdresser

Born and raised in wonderful Manawatu I have been involved in this fast ever changing industry as a nail technician for 9 years.

I love to please my clients with energy and creative knowledge to suit there style from nails to hair. I have experience as a nail educator and have enjoyed fantastic opportunities meeting USA Nail educators which has allowed me to bring some unique flare to the New Zealand Market. I started my Hairdressing career in 1989 however stopped to raise my beautiful family. Still deeply fond of hairdressing, Shelley has given me an awesome opportunity to finish my Senior Hairdressing qualifications.

I'm looking forward to venturing further in this profession, ensuring whenever I am with clients " its all about you”. People are my passion!

Grace Caskey

Senior Hair Stylist

I'm a fully qualified hairstylist and have been in the industry for 11 years.

I have the flare for hair and truely I believe "its all about you." One of the things I love most about my career is the ever changing styles and fashion influences keeping everything fresh and now. I love making my clients feel confident that I will always understand their needs, and the exact style they have in mind, always giving helpful direction so salon results can also be achieved at home. I have pure passion for hairdressing and enjoy being surrounded by people.

Trish Hubbard

Creative Stylist

I started hairdressing in 2001 and have been at style inc for 6 years, I have left to have children Seth 4 and Lillie 18 months, as much as I love being a mum I always looked forward to returning and continuing my passion for hairdressing.

I started my career in Wellington doing a full time course for a year then worked on Queens Wharf. I love learning new techniques and keeping up with the latest looks, I am passionate in what I do and am always up for a challange.I love to let my mind run wild and free to experience styles for whats hot, new, and now.

Nicole Tuffey

Beauty Therapist

Qualified Beauty Therapist with International diploma's since 2006.

I am a really bubbly person that is focused on exceeding all my clients expectations. my passion is facials and advising my clients of the best at home care pack for their skin type, I enjoy all make up applications from weddings to stage make up, I really let my creative flare go willd. My customer service skills have won Style inc the 'Supreme Award for best in Business in Feilding 2008'.

I am so passionate about Beauty Therapy and Style inc, I am working very part time these days as my time is spent in my own business Essence Cafe and bar in Feilding, but will always keep my finger on the pulse at Style inc.

 

Karyn Gloyn
